- Some liquid metal (e.g., the Loctite metal set, which can be used to repair small cracks in the oil pan, transmission housing, cylinder cover)

Medicament / Travel pharmacy
- Painkillers (e.g., Aspro Classic for altitude sickness)
- Gauze bandages
- Adhesive plaster
- Disinfectants
- Suncream / Sun protection
- Mosquito protection
- Medicines that are otherwise required daily in sufficient quantity for the duration of the trip including a small reserve
Documents / identification papers
- ID card / Passport (Give copies to passenger)
- Credit or debit card with PIN for take cash
- Green insurance card (in the EU no longer rule, nevertheless recommended)
- Driving license
- Vehicle license
- Power of attorney (if driver and holder are not identical)
- Telephone list for emergencies (E.g. Embassy, roadside assistance)
